Thermographic Surveys

A thermographic camera is used whilst all the electrical system is running normally with no need to have any power disruptions. This useful tool helps to find overloaded circuits, loose terminations, etc and can help plan a maintenance program with minimal shut down periods. A report will be issued supported by thermal images coupled with normal pictures as an aid to identify locations.

Many large companies are now incorporating this type of service as part of their PPM (Planned Preventative Maintenance).

Using thermographic cameras like the one shown here, we are able to record where excessive heat is being emitted. Various resolution and wavelength options are used to make these recordings.
